Service anniversaries standard report showing only terminated employee

Hi Team ,

Service anniversaries ( tcode is S_PH9_46000216 ) is only showing 01 for terminated employee as per the screen shot . can anybody confirm that what is the functionality of that report  means its only showing data for terminated employee or showing employee service tenure
