Open Authorization window >> Select anyone user from the left pane of window>> Expand the General (First one subject in right pane)>> you will find in this "Relationship map" >> turn this to full authorization .
For one user you have to set the authorization. If you want to copy the authorization of one user to another user than select the user code from left pane hold the mouse key left button and drag it to target user code and release the mouse button .(Warning : It will copied all authorization to target user not only relationship map authorization.) . for detail information open authorization window and press F1 button. help window will open.
