Add Infotype Personal profile

I need Add an Infotype 0831 used for Colombia in the Personal Profile.

I have add other infotypes ie. infotype 0022 using the following blog:

However When I executed the t.code :HRPAD_EDIT_MODEL, the system show the following message

My question is:What should do for continue?

What steps should do?

The documentation says:

Prerequisites

When the infotype to be added has more than one UI version (as maintained in V_T588UICONVCLAS ), an international (99) version for this infotype must also exist.

If an international version is not available, the infotype cannot be added using this report, but must be added manually to the model.

My question is: How is the process of add manually to model??
