Create plants

Hello Experts!

I´m from Colombia and I´m trying to know if its possible to create a new plant or plants in my university´s SAP-ERP, which works in Madrid server, client 250.

I´m asking this because I would like to do the same example of Global Bike but in local plants, if this is possible how difficult it is? and if this isn´t possible why?
